Ghostface tells Tony Yayo "Suck My Dick"
In a recent interview Tony Yayo said Superb had written Supreme Clientele.
Yeah, I was in Europe when I heard that. That’s just nonsense. I still put mad sh*t out. ‘Perb was ‘Perb, Ghost was Ghost. ‘Perb is Rae’s man. He been in the studio a few times while we’re doing sh*t. He ain’t write sh*t. All ‘Perb contributed was a couple of lines that you could put in the air. When we write, we all do that. “Say this one right here” or “Put this one right here.” We all catch lines with each other ‘cause you in the studio. You got n*gg*s around you that write. Even if he did write a verse, he could never make an album of mine. He couldn’t make an album, you feel me? I made Supreme Clientele what it is. Those are my stories, based around whatever they’re based upon. It’s me. I can’t see what songs ‘Perb wrote. He ain’t write “Mighty Healthy” or “One” or “Apollo Kids” or “Cherchez LaGhost” or “Saturday Nite” or “Malcolm.” But, Yayo can suck a fat d*ck. Tell him I said that.
Do you still work with Superb?
Superb been in jail for like four or five years. He started getting high and one day he tried to steal my DAT with all the songs from Bulletproof Wallets. N*gg*s f*ck*d him up. We knew he had it. He was being sneaky. I don’t know what he was trying to do with it, but he had it. That’s that, though. It’s like with Yayo, I don’t know what the f*ck he talkin’ about.
Ghost also gives his thoughts on the new Wu-Tang album:
Raekwon recently had voiced his displeasure with 8 Diagrams’ musical direction. Are you happy with how the album came out?
That s**t is wack. I heard RZA was changing some of the beats around the last minute. I didn’t hear that. I don’t know what y’all listening to out there. I never heard it. I’m with Raekwon.

Diamond leaves Crime Mob
Hip-Hop gossip columns have been speculating for the past couple of days that Diamond has parted ways with Crime Mob but the Mob has yet to make an official statement. SOHH caught up with the group's other woman, Princess, for the scoop on who's in and who's out.
The rumors hit an all time high on Tuesday (November 27) when Crime Mob hit the red carpet at the 2007 Dirty Awards in Atlanta, sans Diamond, while the blond headed rapstress paraded the red carpet with Lil' Scrappy.
Diamond is no longer in the group right now," Princess told SOHH before the show. "She is working on a solo career but we still wish her well. She has a mix tape called 'B-word' Music. Go check her out on MySpace. It's still love but we had to keep the business going and keep money flowing." [Watch here]
Princess said there's no beef, but it's unfortunate that they couldn't work things out as a group
"It's sad we couldn't carry on ... but it is what it is," Princess said. "You just gotta keep the ball rolling. Everybody got their own agenda."
Crime Mob just opened another budget for the group's upcoming sophomore album and Princess' new mixtape is slated to drop in December. She just took new pictures for the cover.
"Y'all will enjoy it," she said. "It's no features, no skits, no intros, no outros, just me,"

Lil Wayne Speaks on Clipse
Remember the last time Lil Wayne spoke with Complex Magazine? Weezy raised a lot of eyebrows with his slick tongue lashing of Jay-Z which almost led to a major beef - but has since been settled as Wayne was featured on Jay’s American Gangster album.
This month, Lil Wayne returns to the cover of Complex and is ready to stir the pot just a little bit more with some insight on a song he knows was about him.
“I thought the whole ‘Mr. Me Too’ video was about me, to tell you the damn truth,” Weezy says of the Clipse song. “They think I want to be like them. I’m on a million-dollar bus going around the world charging people from $50,000 to $150,000 for verses, and I got 77 songs in magazines and I got a billion more. Do the math; you think I’m trying to be like you? No sir.”

Fabolous Update!
Fabolous' Lawyer Says Rapper Was Not At Nightclub
Fabolous' lawyer yesterday (November 25) emphasized that his client was not at the night club where his friend was fatally stabbed.
Shamal McKinney was stabbed to death at Club Duvet on Thanksgiving night (November 22).
CBS 2 HD reported that Shamal’s and his brother, Darryl, partied with Fabolous and friends at the plush nightspot that night.
Darryl would reveal to CBS 2 HD that Fabolous had left the club long before his brother’s stabbing occurred.
The New York Daily News would visit Fabolous’ New Jersey home on Friday (November 23) to question him about the incident, and an unidentified man answered the door and said that Fabolous had spent Thanksgiving with his family and was not at the club.
The newspaper would contact Fabolous’ lawyer, Alberto Ebanks, on Sunday and he insisted that his client was not at the Duvet on the night of the stabbing.
“I think police confirmed that my client was in fact not even there,” Ebanks said. “[Fabolous] has reached out to the family and extended his condolences."
Authorities found a bloody knife in a dumpster near the club. No suspects have been named or arrested.
Shamal, who was a long time friend of Fabolous, was stabbed in his chest and back. He was only 25 years old.

Fabolous Associate Stabbed To Death!
25 year old man who reportedly had ties to rapper Fabolous was stabbed to death at a New York club on Thanksgiving night (November 22).
According to CBS 2 HD, Shamal McKinney and his brother partied with Fabolous and friends at Club Duvet on Thursday night.
At around 3:30 a.m., McKinney staggered out of the club with wounds in his torso and encountered officers who were called to the plush nightspot for an unrelated incident. McKinney died on arrival at St. Vincent's Hospital.
McKinney’s brother refused to speak on his sibling’s murder but revealed that Fabolous was long gone before the stabbing occurred.
Authorities found a bloody knife in a dumpster near the club and have not revealed a motive behind the killing. No suspects have been named or arrested.
“Words cannot express how much we're going to miss him,” said McKinney’s godmother, Zella Robinson.
“He was a happy, happy person,” stressed McKinney’s aunt, Shirley Hartman. “ I'm just sorry it had to happen to a good person.”
The club’s owners refused to comment on the incident.

T.I. Challenges Evidence in Weapons Case
Clifford Harris aka "T.I." and his attorneys fired the first salvo in defense of the federal case against him.
According to the AP, T.I. filed motions Monday in U.S. District Court seeking to suppress evidence seized from his vehicle and statements he made to feds on the day of his arrest.
His attorneys claim his Range Rover was searched without a warrant and items seized during that search cannot be used as evidence against him.
The attorneys also want a judge to throw out statements T.I. made on Oct. 13 - the day he was arrested in a shopping center parking lot while attempting to take possession of automatic weapons and silencers from his bodyguard.
The motions also allege improper detainment and claim Harris' rights may have been violated.
Harris who is under house arrest, released a video statement last week thanking the judge for giving him bond and allowing him to await trial in the comfort of his Jonesboro mansion, "instead of, you know, the clear alternative."
On Thanksgiving day, the Grand Hustle family and Atlantic Records will donate 400 turkeys to needy families in Atlanta. And Harris intends to reach out to his celebrity friends to raise cash for Hosea's Feed the hungry.
Harris faces up to 10 years and $250,000 fine on each weapons charge.

Saigon / Joe Budden Update
Saigon recently wrote a blog on his Myspace (that’s been taken down) discussing a few topics that have been circulating about him. Sai addresses his Lip Service interview on Shade45 [click here for the full recap] in which he was saying he’d slap Nelly, he won’t allow Prodigy out of his jail cell and even threatens to punch one of the female guests!
“I was soooo drunk when I did this interview I didnt even remember doing it, this interview was done at 8 PM and I was 4 A.M drunk.. I have a very LOW tolerance for white liquor. Well there is a part where I said I would slap Nelly because he doesn't make positive songs...I actually like Nelly as a person and as an artist ...I would never attempt to cause harm to a person who didnt try to harm me first in some sort of way, especially a person I respect and I respect Nelly...That was solely the Tanqueray speaking...I definitely would like to apologize to that man, Keep up the good work bruh, even though I would like to hear him and alot of these other MEGA superstars use their influence more to help our black kids, I wish him the best...Moving right along..In this same interview I supposedly told Melissa Ford I would punch her in the face, hahaha, after review I found it was NOT Melissa Ford, but a writer who had already interviewed me about the Mobb Deep incident and agreed with me about the stance I took, but gets the chance to interview me on the radio and changes her whole story to try to play me to make people laugh...I would NEVER hit a girl…” says Saigon via blog.
Next Saigon addresses New Jersey emcee, Joe Budden. Apparently Sai felt disrespected by a line that Joey spit during an appearance on BET this week [“As soon as the wife’s gone, they jump on the pipe don/ but she don’t know that I’m about to hit and run like I’m Saigon”].
“It has been bought to my attention that Joe Budden used my name in a disrespectful way in one of his punchlines on B.E.T., I understand he's not getting the attention he feels he deserves but to try to use me to get it is a BAD MOVE on his part..I guess he's trying to bait me into a rap battle like he's known for doing..I have never had a lyrical rap beef because its not my thing. I beef a little differently. I know I just said I woudnt harm a person who didnt try to harm me but I feel he's trying to harm my credibilty soooo..If I let him get away with that, EVERYONE will be dissing me in there freestyles, so again, Im gonna say sorry to Nelly and tell Joe Budden that when I see him, Im going to slap EARTH, WIND and FIRE out of HIM instead. REAL TALK..I will make an example out of him, watch.. I want him to know we have a problem, because when I see him he's all smiles and pounds, is he that desperate for attention? Why me? Im not even hot like that yet. Maybe he's mad I have a song with the same guy who dropped him, or that Ransom exposed his sexuality....I use to live in Chilltown Jersey city, I dont know if he's gay but I know he WAS a RnB singer...And personally, I will let him be my first lyrical victim if that's what he wants, but only after I beat him up. Soo he can go making his songs and get his internet soldiers behind him, but until I get him, Im quiet.. realistically speaking, he's only okay at best...and him without a Just Blaze beat is like Popeye without spinach...” Sai says.
As said above, the blog has been taken down, lucky for our DX readers we have the full thing. [click to download]
Now Hot97’s Pete Rosenberg had Joe Budden on air and they discussed the shots Saigon was sending him through the blog.
“See the problem with that is, the only person I fear in this world is God. It’s only one problem with rappers making those comments, I actually can fight,” Joe says. “I used to box. I don’t get on the records and start talking Tough Tony, but if it ever went there I don’t have a problem with it at all.”
“The sad part about it is I’m trying to make records and do the things I gotta do. The people that are coming at me, and I’m not really referencing Saigon, but the people that are coming at me online, mixtapes and so forth and so on. It’s a waste of time. We’re not really in the same weight class lyrically, so I mean what really woud be the point of it but to get embarrassed. And even is Saigon wants to take it there, I’d rap circles around him too, so what are we doing here. You’re wasting your time.”
Now it’s not all hate, rather love…
“…I have the utmost respect for Saigon; for Just Blaze. But for everything that they’re doing over there? BLAT! If you wanna get a camera. I’m gonna actually reach out to him and see if he wanna do that. If you wanna get a camera and go somewhere, and wanna tape it. We can do that. If you wanna send some shots back and forth on wax, we can do that.”
After Pete offers to mediate any battles, Joe responds, “The ball is really in his court. Whichever way he wants it to go I’m totally fine with it. If he was so offended by the line, you know … when I see him, I’ll apologize about it. I didn’t mean to offend him. BUT, that would be beef with rappers. If you have a problem with me, reach out to me. The hip hop world is very small. We see each other, we’re at the same event. Once you take it outside and start going public; start writing blogs, start doing interviews, start writing records. Now I feel you crossed the line.”

Kanye West breaksdown
Nearing the end of the more than 60-minute performance, with the riff of "Hey Mama" beginning, West attempted to introduce the tribute to a sold-out crowd at Le Zénith in Paris, saying "this song is for my mother...." and could get no further.
"He just cracked," one attendee tells PEOPLE, "He was at the end of his concert and had just started to dedicate the song and then he just lost it completely."
"He said the word, 'Mother' and just couldn't go any further," Le Parisien journalist Meddy Magloire said. "A back-up singer, the DJ and a guitar player came over to console him. It looked like he might collapse. He just couldn't continue. He just stood there in a spotlight, crying while the band continued playing."
After a few moments of stunned silence, Magloire says, the audience of 5,000 reacted by offering calls of encouragement, which grew into applause.
The band restarted the song, but West left the stage, returning after 10-15 minutes to conclude the concert with a rousing performance of "Stronger."
"He was very nervous, seemed to have gathered himself up, and had a lot of energy," Magloire says. "He kept shouting out to the audience, 'I need you... I need you right now.' and the public was screaming back. It was magic."
Surprise Appearance
West had been reclusive since death of his mother. He cancelled a Victoria's Secrets performance on Thursday and was not at the memorial for her in Chicago on Friday.
His arrival in Paris at the Hotel Le Meurice on Friday, accompanied by fiancée Alexis Phifer and her son, was unexpected, coming just hours after another scheduled concert set for Monday in Amsterdam was officially cancelled.
West is scheduled to perform in Brussels on Sunday night. It's now expected he will return to the United States for his mother's funeral in Oklahoma City on Tuesday afternoon before returning to Europe to perform in London on Thursday.

Lil Eazy E speaks on Lil Wayne
It's no secret that Cash Money heads’ Lil Wayne and Birdman represent a certain “gang affiliation;” seen in every photo-op, video shoot and television appearance wearing red and sporting red bandanas. As some might let this slide in belief that it’s a “style” or “fashion statement,” one Compton rapper is taking offense.
Apparently, Lil Eazy-E (son of the legendary Eazy-E), is sick and tired of the “fake gangbanging” occurring in hip hop these days.
“First of all, let me start off by saying much love to all my Crips, Pirus and Bloods out there that have lived and shed blood for what they believe in and represent; but all this extra fake gangbanging going on is really getting out of hand. I’m seeing this nigga Baby on 3 songs Blooding and Li Wayne ‘soowooping’ at the awards. Enough is enough. This don’t have nothing to do with them Blooding; if they was Cripping I would have the same reaction,” Lil Eazy-E said via a statement to DubCNN.
“Those of us that are true to this need to stand up and say enough is enough. I got homies who are in jail, fighting for their lives and homes who are RIP behind this thang. And for those fools who are clowning and making a mockery of us; I’m telling you no more … This is part of the problem as to why the West is not winning right now. These niggas have taken our style and way of life and are destroying it. Well I have had enough. For every action there is a reaction.”

DJ Drama says STOP with the Wayne tapes!
DJ Drama is back and preparing for the release of his first official major label effort entitled, what else, Gangsta Grillz: The Album. SOHH caught up with the self-proclaimed "iPod King" as he discussed T.I.'s plans to keep his throne and his distaste for the current mixtape market.
Drama, who is not only Grand Hustle's official DJ but a close, personal friend to T.I., says that he has been in contact with the label's franchise player and CEO during his recent battle with the law. Drama says that the Atlanta rapper has been taking his current situation in stride and putting his time to good use.
"Yeah I talked to Tip the other day right before he put a video out. He was good and he was cooking dinner and everything. He got a lot of time on his hands so you know he's in good spirits and everything," Drama told SOHH exclusively.
"He was doing a lot of research," Drama elaborated. "He was reading me something about TMZ, he saw even about his own case. So I think under the circumstances he's definitely staying active and you know his spirits is up. And Tip is an old soul so he handles things very well. The judicial system has to do what they do. You know we'll see what's gon' happen."
He also said that the self-proclaimed "King Of The South" has been busy recording new material while on house arrest at his Atlanta-area home and that he feels that fans are going to appreciate the new songs that are slated to be a part of T.I.'s forthcoming album.
"Yeah he had just started working," Drama said. "I had asked him if he had started recording. He was just writing right then [and] I'm sure you know that it's definitely going to be something that people will be interested in. It's going to come out crazy. 'Cause you know right now it's his main focus so I'm excited."
The spin doctor, who's made a name for himself throughout the South from the success of his "Gangsta Grillz" mixtape series also expressed his dislike with what he feels is an over saturation and lack of originality currently in the mixtape game.
"For the younger DJ's or the ones that may not have the attention that DJ Drama has I would just say keep doing your thing and stop f**kin makin' Lil Wayne tapes every other day," Drama explained. "I mean just get creative you know? I mean it's not a comment on Wayne. You know Wayne is feeding the people so of course people are definitely interested in him, but from a DJ's perspective it's like by you putting Lil' Wayne on your cover every week and putting out the last songs that he's had out for the last three months."
DJ Drama's Gangsta Grillz: The Album, featuring guest spots from T.I., Young Jeezy, Young Buck, Jim Jones, Rick Ross, Nelly, OutKast, Lil' Wayne, Beanie Sigel and Clipse, among others, hits stores on December 4 via Grand Hustle/Atlantic.

Jay-Z speaks Saigon
Saigon's fans have been waiting for the emcee's debut to hit store shelves for nearly four years. Just when it seemed that fans would finally get their fix of Sai verses, more delays arrive. Although many thought that the album would drop on December 4, a congestion of sorts has caused the album to be pushed back into to 2008.
"Everybody is fighting for that date," Saigon told MTV recently. "It's nothing to wait another month or month and a half. ... I'd rather wait for the new year than get caught up in that fourth-quarter congestion. It's good. It's definitely coming through. It won't be another six months or five months. It's coming real soon."
Fans need not fret. The rapper has decided to release an original "street tape" with fresh new rhymes and beats.
Jay-Z appears on the tape for a track titled "Come On Baby," produced by Just Blaze, that also features Swizz Beatz.
"Jay is on fire once again...We thought the timing was good to put it out now. The video [with the original version] premiered. They took so long to shoot the video for the original, we just launched the remix to radio. We couldn't get Jay to do the video," Saigon noted.
Jay also spoke on the collaboration."I met Saigon before," he told MTV. "He's a cool guy as well. But Just Blaze ... that's his artist. So we had records and work like that. It's in-house. Big fan? Of Saigon? Yeah, he's good...But I wouldn't have did it ... to be honest with you. I like Saigon. If I don't have a relationship with the artist, I'm not just doing it for the sake of doing it. If you look at my past record, I've done records because of relationship, not 'cause this guy's good or whatever."

Flipmode Squad Changes Name, No Longer With Busta Rhymes
In an up-coming exclusive interview with HHNLive.com, Rampage reveals that the Flipmode Squad has changed its name and are no longer working with Busta Rhymes.
"Rah Digga, Baby Sham, Spliff Starr, and myself. We just changed the name of the group and it’s now called FMS" says Rampage.
And when asked if FMS was still working with Busta Rhymes, Rampage had this to say:
"Nah, we just decided to do our own thing...It’s not under Flipmode anymore. It’s under FMS, just me, Sham, Digga, and Starr and FMS stands for Famous Millionaire Squad."
Much has been made in the press about Busta Rhymes legal troubles and what appears to be a bad temper. Rampage shares his thoughts on this:
"Well, if they say he did it, then he did it. I ain’t with him all the time...I just don’t got nothing to do with people being murdered at video shoots or none of that. I’m just trying to do music man."

Jay-Z' "American Gangster" Album sales
Jay-Z's tenth studio album, American Gangster, is projected to sell between 425-450,000 in first week sales.
According to Hits Daily Double, American Gangster is on track to debut at number one on the Billboard 200 this week, selling between 425,000 to 450,000 units and officially tying with Elvis Presley for second place among artists with the most No. 1 albums. Last year Hov's highly publicized comeback album, Kingdom Come, which also came out in November, sold 680,000 copies.
Jay's American Gangster was inspired by the Ridley Scott's film of the same name, starring Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe and based on the life of heroin kingpin Frank Lucas. Considered to be his first conceptual album, American Gangster is Jay-Z's rendering of the rise and fall of a hustler.
In related news, this weekend SIRIUS Satellite Radio closed out a week of programming dedicated to Jigga by broadcasting an exclusive concert performance from his five-city tour.
As SOHH previously reported, Hov took over hosting duties at SIRIUS' "Hip-Hop Nation" last week, rechristening it "JAY-Z Nation."
On Saturday (November 10), the station aired a live recording of Jay-Z's House of Blues concert in Chicago. The concert featured guest appearances by Kanye West, Freeway and Beanie Sigel.
SIRIUS also repeated the concert broadcast yesterday (November 11) at 8 p.m.

Chris Rock: on "Current State of HipHop"
“Music kind of sucks. Nobody’s into being a musician. Everybody’s getting their mogul on. You’ve been so infiltrated by this corporate mentality that all the time you’d spend getting great songs together, you’re busy doing nine other things that have nothing to do with art. You know how shitty Stevie Wonder’s songs would have been if he had to run a fuckin’ clothing company and a cologne line? … Rap sucks, for the most part. Not all rap, but as an art form it’s just not at its best moment. Sammy the Bull would have made a shitty album. And I don’t really have a desire to hear Warren Buffett’s album - or the new CD by Paul Allen. That’s what everybody’s aspiring to be.”
